I say jackpot because once again, our family has been blessed with wonderful friends. Our friends, the Wellings, let us stay at their house in Salt Lake City while they were out of town this year. They have given us so much over the years especially after the hurricane when we were homeless and Freddie needed help getting on a mission. They really have been angels to us and I am so grateful for their Christ-like love. Thanksgiving day was awesome and it felt like we had a home! We made a big turkey feast and then I got Amy and Jacob to dress up in some of the Wellings snow clothes and take some pics outside. They kept saying that they felt like we were on some disney movie or something because we felt so "normal" (if that word even exists). Anyway, we had a blast!

i was also gonna say how CUTE/PRETTY Amy looks. She looks like such a lady, so beautiful. and Jake is looking older. so cute. i miss you guys.
p.s. what lens are you using? i want whatever you use. i want a really good lens. do you only use cannons? or have you ever tried a nikon?
